In 2014, the company's management decided to develop and launch the first in-house production facility in Russia for microencapsulation of various types of breakers for hydraulic fracturing fluids.

In 2015, the first trial batches of the encapsulated breaker were received, which successfully passed both laboratory and industrial tests.

In 2016, the main capacities were launched.

The equipment used for microencapsulation has no analogues in Russia and was developed by the engineers of the LLC «TH «ECONO-TECH» Company together with a group of Russian and foreign industrial enterprises:
• certified according to the requirements of the Russian Federation;
• unified and adapted to severe climatic conditions;
• ease of maintenance, repair and operation (2 persons);
• the possibility of using different types of coatings and the substance to be coated;
• the ability to take a sample of product for incoming inspection without stopping production;
• individual sealed packaging of products, excluding falsification.

Currently, the production base in Nizhnevartovsk has three sites for the production of various types of chemicals. The total production capacity is about 2000 tons of products per month.
Since 2015, the company has been systematically localizing the production of chemicals in the Russian Federation. To date, the production of about 70% of the main chemicals for hydraulic fracturing has been mastered.
All manufactured products undergo quality control procedures at all stages of production.
