DXL-1 - delayed powdered cross-linker
DXL-1 is an easily flowing powder that provides a delayed cross-linking of fracturing fluids based on guar and its derivatives. Typically, DXL-1 was continuously added to the working fluid during pumping to ensure the formation of a unique gel differing elasticity and heat resistance. Gels produced using DXL-1, have the ability to recover and stable structure formation after the shear. For the gel standard dosage of 3.6 kg/m3 at 90° C DXL-1 the dosage is 1.8 kg /m3.

DXL-2 - delayed powdered cross-linker
DXL-2 is a free-flowing powder that provides cross-linking of fracturing fluids based on guar and its derivatives. As a rule, the DXL-2 solution is continuously added to the working fluid during the injection process, providing the formation of a unique gel that is distinguished by its elasticity and thermal stability. Gels made using DXL-2 have the ability to repair and form a stable structure after shear. For a standard gel dosage of 3.6 kg/m3 at a temperature of 60° C, the dosage of DXL-2 is 1-2 kg/m3.
