Synthetic based fracturing system
  • SPS-GXL - self-crosslinking emulsion gelling agent polyacrylamide based

SPS-GXL - next-generation, self-crosslinking, polyacrylamide-based emulsion thickener for fracturing fluids. SPSGXL offers advantages such as the ability to use it without a crosslinking agent, ultra-fast and instantaneous dissolution, good proppant retention, minimal coefficient of friction during injection, and gel breakdown and outflow capability. SPS-GXL can be fed into a blender and directly mixed with water, proppant and other reagents. The viscosity of the fluid can be continuously adjusted from slick water to highly viscous gel as needed. This system has a wide temperature range of 10 to 120°C

  • SPS-G - dry gelling additive, modified polyacrylamide thickener

SPS-G - dry gelling additive, modified polyacrylamide thickener. The reagent is used for water-based fracturing fluids.
SPS-G provides rapid dispersion and self-hydrogenation in water, which maximizes gel viscosity in minimal time, and does not contaminate the formation matrix or proppant package.
